CVSS v3.1 |
| FreeRDP before 3.29.0 (affected versions <= 3.28.0) contains an improper certificate hostname validation vulnerability. The TLS hostname matcher (tls_match_hostname() in libfreerdp/crypto/tls.c) treats a wildcard pattern such as *.example.com as matching any hostname ending in .example.com, so it incorrectly accepts a wildcard certificate for multi-label subdomains like a.b.example.com (which OpenSSL's X509_check_host() rejects). This weakens TLS server authentication under wildcard-certificate conditions. |
| In imgsensor, there is a possible application crash due to incorrect error handling. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11012302; Issue ID: MSV-7833. |
| A vulnerability was determined in Sangfor Operation and Maintenance Security Management System up to 3.0.13. Affected by this vulnerability is the function com.sbr.fort.foreignDP.DpLoginController of the file /fort/portal_login of the component Login Endpoint. This manipulation causes os command injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| FreeRDP before 3.29.0 contains a reachable assertion (WINPR_ASSERT(OutputBufferLength == BytesReturned)) in serial_process_irp_device_control() in channels/serial/client/serial_main.c. When serial device redirection is enabled and a server-controlled IRP_MJ_DEVICE_CONTROL request specifies an unsupported IOCTL with a non-zero OutputBufferLength, CommDeviceIoControl() can fail with BytesReturned = 0, causing the mismatch to trigger the assertion and abort the client process (denial of service). |
| Redis before 8.8.0, in the unusual case where an authenticated attacker can execute RESTORE, allows remote code execution via a RESTORE payload where the same NACK (pending entry) is referenced by more than one consumer, because deleting both consumers via XGROUP DELCONSUMER leads to a double free. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-25243. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
fuse-uring: make a fuse_req on SQE commit only findable after memcpy
Bad userspace might try to trick us and send commit SQEs request
unique / commit-id of requests that are not even send to
fuse-server (io_uring_cmd_done() not called) yet.
fuse_uring_commit_fetch() ends the fuse request when the ring entry
has a wrong state, but that could have caused a use-after-free
with the memcpy operations in fuse_uring_send_in_task().
In order to avoid such races the call of fuse_uring_add_to_pq()
is moved after the copy operations and just before completing
the io-uring request - malicious userspace cannot find the request
anymore until all prepration work in fuse-client/kernel is completed.
This also moves fuse_uring_add_to_pq() a bit up in the code to
avoid a forward declaration. Also not with a preparation commit,
to make it easier to back port to older kernels. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Input: iforce - bound the device-reported force-feedback effect index
iforce_process_packet() handles a status report (packet id 0x02) by
taking a force-feedback effect index straight from the device wire and
using it to address the per-effect state array:
i = data[1] & 0x7f;
if (data[1] & 0x80) {
if (!test_and_set_bit(FF_CORE_IS_PLAYED,
iforce->core_effects[i].flags))
...
} else if (test_and_clear_bit(FF_CORE_IS_PLAYED,
iforce->core_effects[i].flags)) {
...
}
The index is masked only with 0x7f, so it ranges 0..127, but
core_effects[] holds only IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX (32) entries. For an index
of 32..127 the test_and_set_bit()/test_and_clear_bit() is an
out-of-bounds single-bit read-modify-write past the array. core_effects[]
is the second-to-last member of struct iforce, so the write lands in the
trailing members and beyond the embedding kzalloc()'d iforce_serio /
iforce_usb object.
data[1] is unvalidated device payload on both transports (the USB
interrupt endpoint and serio), and the status path is not gated on force
feedback being present, so a malicious or counterfeit device can set or
clear a bit at an attacker-chosen offset past the object.
Reject an out-of-range index instead of indexing with it. Bound against
the array dimension IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX rather than dev->ff->max_effects so
the check guarantees memory safety regardless of how many effects the
device registered. A legitimate "effect started/stopped" status always
carries an index below IFORCE_EFFECTS_MAX, so well-formed devices are
unaffected; the neighbouring mark_core_as_ready() loop is already bounded
and is left untouched. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
Input: elan_i2c - prevent division by zero and arithmetic underflow
The Elan I2C touchpad driver queries the device for its physical
dimensions and trace counts to calculate the device resolution and width.
However, if the device firmware or device tree provides invalid zero
values for x_traces or y_traces, it results in a fatal division-by-zero
exception leading to a kernel panic during device probe.
Add checks to ensure these parameters are non-zero before performing
the division. If invalid trace values are detected, fall back to a safe
default of 1.
Additionally, prevent an arithmetic underflow in the touch reporting
logic. Previously, if the calculated or fallback width was smaller than
ETP_FWIDTH_REDUCE (90), the subtraction would underflow, resulting in a
massive unsigned integer being reported to userspace. Clamp the adjusted
width to a minimum of 0 to safely handle small physical dimensions and
fallback scenarios.
Completing the probe with safe fallback values ensures the sysfs nodes
are created, keeping the firmware update path intact so a recovery
firmware can be flashed to the device. |
| In TFA, there is a possible information disclosure due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local information disclosure if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11053160; Issue ID: MSV-8004. |
| In wlan STA FW, there is a possible system becoming unresponsive due to logging. This could lead to remote (proximal/adjacent) denial of service with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: WCNCR00486814; Issue ID: MSV-6824. |
| A security flaw has been discovered in osCommerce 4.14.63493. Affected by this issue is the function EmailController of the file app/lib/backend/controllers/EmailController.php of the component Email Template Configuration. Performing a manipulation of the argument email_templates_key results in sql injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| In geniezone, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS10965373; Issue ID: MSV-6935. |
| better-auth before 1.6.13 (and pre-release builds 1.7.0-beta.0 through 1.7.0-beta.3) fail to validate the scheme of redirect_uris registered via the deprecated oidc-provider plugin and the mcp plugin (which wraps the same provider). An attacker can register an OAuth client with a javascript: redirect_uri, which the authorization server later returns unchanged in the consent response. If the deployment's consent page navigates the browser to the returned redirectURI (e.g. assigning it to window.location.href), the attacker's JavaScript executes in the authorization-server origin, exposing the victim's session and enabling account takeover. |
| In geniezone, there is a possible out of bounds write due to a missing bounds check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS10965550 / ALPS11393405; Issue ID: MSV-6941. |
| GitPython before 3.1.51 fails to guard against dangerous Git options passed as keyword arguments in Repo.archive() and git.ls_remote(), allowing command injection via options such as --exec/--upload-pack (leading to arbitrary command execution). Additionally, Repo.iter_commits() and Repo.blame() do not check for leading-dash revision arguments, so a revision like --output=<path> can cause Git to open and truncate an arbitrary file. Exploitation requires an application that passes attacker-controlled arguments to these methods. |
| In Telephony, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11087526; Issue ID: MSV-8243. |
| In Telephony, there is a possible information disclosure due to a missing permission check. This could lead to local information disclosure with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11086431; Issue ID: MSV-8189. |
| axios versions >=1.13.0 (Node.js HTTP adapter) fail to enforce the configured maxBodyLength limit on streamed request bodies when requests are sent with httpVersion: 2. Because Node's HTTP/2 request API does not honor the maxBodyLength option and axios's byte-counting stream wrapper is gated on maxRedirects === 0, an attacker who controls a stream passed to axios can cause the application to transmit outbound data exceeding the configured finite maxBodyLength. Impact is limited to resource consumption and policy bypass (excess egress, upstream quota consumption, limited availability); it does not enable code execution, credential disclosure, or request-destination control. Calls using the default maxBodyLength: -1 and browser adapters are not affected. |
| In trusted_mem, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to improper input validation. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is needed for exploitation. Patch ID: AUTO00834868; Issue ID: MSV-6533. |
| Key exchange without entity authentication in the EMR SSH helper commands in Amazon AWS CLI before 1.45.28 and AWS CLI v2 before 2.35.3 might allow man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept SSHsessions and file transfers via network positioning between the client and the EMR cluster endpoint.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to AWS CLI v1 1.45.28 or later, or AWS CLI v2 2.35.3 or later. |
